Kancelaria Adwokacka adw. Mariusza Charkiewicza offers professional legal aid within the scope of criminal law, during any stage of proceedings conducted either by law enforcement authorities or judicial authorities.

The Office provides legal services in the following areas of criminal law:

1.   complex representation during both preliminary and jurisdictional proceedings, particularly:

–   as the defence counsel (of the suspects and the accused),

–   as the attorney of the aggrieved person,

–   as the subsidiary prosecutor’s attorney,

–   as the private prosecutor’s attorney,

–   drafting statements of case regarding particular proceedings

–   participation in all procedures before courts of first and second instance, before the Supreme Court and all law enforcement authorities (such as the prosecution, the police, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Central Investigation Bureau of Police, The Internal Security Agency);

2.   drawing up legal opinions and undertaking analysis concerning criminal matters;

3.   complex legal assistance and advice on the criminal liability and possible outcomes of procedural issues regarding common offences;

The Office also provides complex services including the following legal matters concerning enforcement proceedings and representation during these proceeding:

–   serving the penalty of deprivation of liberty via electronic monitoring system,

–   postponement of the execution of the penalty of deprivation of liberty,

–   suspension of the execution of the penalty of deprivation of liberty,

–   conditional release from serving the rest of the penalty of deprivation of liberty,

–   leave during the execution of the penalty of deprivation of liberty,

–   distribution of a fine into instalments.
